There are so many health and wellness programs out there. What makes this one different?
There are plenty of well-credentialed and knowledgeable fitness experts—I learn from them too! It’s not about one approach being right and another being wrong; it’s about finding a program that aligns with you and your goals.
A program designed for elite athletes or for women aiming for a specific physique is going to be very different from one created for a woman over 50 who wants to be fit, strong, powerful, sexy, and feminine. There’s no single “right way” to exercise—the best program is the one that works for your life.
This experiment is about options as much as it is about approach. It’s about curiosity—discovering what you’re capable of when you fully commit. This is the same program I personally followed as a menopausal woman, wife, and mom—tested in real life and endorsed by a doctor and nutritionist.
What is the basic nutritional philosophy of the program?
This program takes a holistic approach to nutrition, movement, and overall wellness. It’s not just about what you eat—it’s about how you fuel your body, how you recover, and how you care for yourself.
The foundation is: High protein, High fiber, 1400 calories per day, Largely (but not entirely) plant-based.
Protein and calorie targets are weight-based calculations, so this plan is a flexible framework, not a strict regimen. Sleep, stress management, and recovery are just as important as food and exercise for optimal results.
I have food allergies or dietary restrictions (vegan, kosher, pescatarian, gluten-free). Can I follow this nutritional plan?
Yes! The plan is designed to be flexible and adaptable to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences. Any protein can be swapped for a similar alternative that fits your lifestyle, and meals can be adjusted to ensure they work for you.
Do I have to follow the full nutritional program to see results? What if I have to travel or attend events?
Results vary from person to person, and this program is meant to be flexible—life happens! Each week introduces a new challenge and theme—if you like it, keep going! If not, it’s just one week. If you really don’t like a challenge, aim to meet the calorie, protein, and fiber goals instead.
If you’re traveling or have social events, don’t stress—just do your best and pick up where you left off. This plan is designed to be sustainable, not restrictive.
How important are the wellness practices?
Very. This is a Wellness Experiment, not just a fitness program. It’s based on the connection between how we eat, how we move, and how we take care of ourselves overall. That means nutrition and exercise are just part of the equation—sleep, stress management, and self-care are just as important.
I’m over 70 years old. Can I do this workout?
Yes! Age is just a number. However, as with any new fitness program, it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting. Being 70+ doesn’t mean you can’t do these exercises—it just means you may need to progress at a pace that works for you. With consistency, you can build muscle, improve bone density, enhance mobility, and boost overall performance.
What if this program is too hard for me?
Aside from medical limitations, this program is meant to be challenging—it’s designed to push you out of your comfort zone and help you build strength, endurance, and confidence. That said, everyone progresses at their own pace. If something feels too difficult, modify the movement while keeping the intensity. The goal is progress, not perfection.
I personally found this harder than any workout I’ve ever done, and I started it at 55 years old. But the sense of accomplishment you’ll feel from completing something so challenging is incredible. As the saying goes: “If you want something you’ve never had before, you have to be willing to do something you’ve never done before.”
Do I need a gym or specific equipment for these workouts?
For the 8-week experiment, you’ll need: Dumbbells (2.5–20/25 lbs.) and an exercise mat.
Future workouts may include gym equipment, but this program is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.
How long do the workouts take?
Workouts range from 45–90 minutes: Weeks 1-8: 45–60 minutes, Beyond 8 weeks: 60–90 minutes. The program progresses over time, so workouts gradually increase in duration and intensity.
What makes Korey Rowe’s training method different?
Korey’s method is not just about traditional strength training—his approach incorporates: Unilateral training (improving balance and strength on each side of the body), Polarized training (balancing intensity to maximize performance), Progressive load cycles (gradually increasing weight and intensity), and Full-body movements (functional exercises that translate to real-world strength).
You won’t find basic bicep curls here—these workouts are challenging, functional, and designed for results.
Can I purchase now and start later?
Yes! The official start date is March 3, but you can purchase now and start later—you’ll have 12 weeks of access to complete the program at your own pace. This experiment is designed as a cohort-based experience with community support, accountability, and shared experiences, but participation is completely optional—you’re welcome to follow the program entirely on your own if you prefer.
What is your refund policy?
The membership fee is non-refundable. Pricing it at less than $1 a day was intentional—I wanted to make this accessible while delivering a high-quality, science-backed program. Most fitness and wellness memberships cost significantly more, but I believe there’s no greater investment than your health.
Everyone can find 99 cents a day to invest in themselves—you deserve this!
